Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse (CARA)

CARA provide confidential, specialist support to adults, young people, and children across mid and north Essex who have experienced sexual violence or child sexual abuse. Services include counselling, advocacy, and therapeutic support delivered in safe, inclusive environments.
